Mohela advice
This month was my 120th, official payment due date was yesterday so went to submit ecf, didn’t ask for forbearance.
Only to find out they had me in forbearance in April 2026. That was when I had to recertify, and it processed without being notified I was in a forbearance.
I spent 45 minutes on hold with Mohela getting no where, they couldn’t even confirm what forbearance they put me in. Assuming it has to be the processing one, has any one had any luck getting them to count the processing forbearance? Or am I going to have to pay June?
FWIW I have a buy back pending from 12 months ago lol.

Update:
Called and got through to a supervisor at Mohela who just lied to me and gave me false information. Said they don’t determine if the forbearance is for processing or not, fsa confirmed. The lady had the gall to suggest I apply to buy back that month…
