A week ago, my wife was hit on the freeway and the car was completely messed up. A woman lost control and crossed the median and slammed into my wife head on. I have never dealt with insurance like this, but we did start a claim through the womans insurance since she did cause the accident.

I have zero clue what to do though. They want us to move my wifes car, but we cant afford to pay for the towing and storage feed already accrued. This is completely fucked. Help.
