I pulled into the Sinclair 7/11 at the corner of Washington and Las Vegas Blvd as I was nearly out of gas I went in to pay and asked the clerk where do I input my number for my rewards. He said, "there's no rewards here"

That sums that area up succinctly. That familiar was instantly washed over me. Do you have similar experiences?
