Been using it for voice but need something that actually handles calling too. The voice quality is fine but theres no real calling infrastructure around it. Anyone found something that does both without stitching a bunch of tools together?
Been using Retell AI for B2B outbound for a few months. Voice quality is fine. The problem is everything around it. Every time our sales ops team needs to update a script or change a qualification flow, it goes through engineering. We're iterating on messaging constantly and this bottleneck is killing us. Also noticed the per minute costs stack faster than expected once you factor in everything on top of the base rate.
Looking for something built more for sales teams specifically. Ideally with CRM sync that actually works out of the box and where a non technical person can manage the agent day to day.
