I am taking a crack at making my own Power level list for Z (I know…), and I was wondering if there is anything contradictory in making both ASSJ and USSJ (grades 2 and 3) both 1.5 X multipliers each.

We know Trunks is slightly inferior to Vegeta, and yet when he powers up to his Ultra SSJ form, he surpassed Cell in raw power. Granted, Cell was heavily suppressed but he still tanked a blow from Vegeta with absolutely no damage.

I don’t see how this is problematic or outshines SSJ2 in anyway considering the tradeoff in speed, but I was wondering people’s thoughts on the matter. I don’t think these forms have multipliers in any guidebook.
