I (and AI) cannot figure this one out

This tree has been growing in full shade for years and is about 10-12 feet high in Central Florida. I have no clue what it is, despite trying a few IDs. These photos were taken recently, mid-May. I have tried a bunch of different AI identifiers, and depending on which pic I upload, I get a totally different response. So far, it says it's avocado (full trunk shot), sweet viburnum (berry/bud photo), and loquat (leaf). I have never seen flowers or fruit on it (maybe because of the shade?), so I can't really narrow it down the obvious way. Is it maybe a huge weed? Not sure if I need to can take it out or if it's worth saving.

Anyone have a dance teacher they love in the area? My kids really want to do dance and love dancing, but hate every lesson they've tried. We have tried out so many studios that want to drill movements for an hour, but they want to actually dance for an hour. So I'm guessing private lessons are the way to go here? We aren't looking to train future professionals; we're just looking for real dance skills and creative movement that will help them feel confident at parties and in other social situations. Acro skills/tumbling a bonus! Not looking for ballet or tap, and profoundly uninterested in competition-track studios. Bueller?
