McDonald's app took my points last night when I tried ordering ice cream but my order never went through cuz it told me ice cream was unavailable at my store. I checked my recent orders already. Is there anything I can do to get those points back?

I logged onto Rocket League today to find all of my ranks were reset why is that? Including my champ reward level
