Is this a bug?

So this kept showing up on my shop for both the chocolate stall and the strawberry shop, it showed both as earning 2000 XP for each time you collect, when bought with real money. But the store showed something different. I was tempted so I purchased with actual money, however the shop does not actually earn that much. I don’t know if this makes sense but yeah I’m angry.

Road colors

I was seeing others people ponyville and saw some people had different color roads such as pink and purple and blue I think. But when I look in the decor section, I only saw party roads and floral. Was this like a limited edition thing or part of an old update?

Will any of these ever be on sale?

I have been on this quest for a good while now and I’m really trying to save my gems. I thought that maybe if I waited I could get these on sale but so far that has not happened.
