My doctor says my 2d echo is normal. But when I read it the result are mild tricuspid regurgitation and ABNORMAL RELAXATION. My EF is 66. I am worried about my future. I do weight lifting but not as very heavy. Thrice a week. I am concerned about sowhat if I get heart attack? Cardiac arrest? I have symptoms of skip heart beats. And sometimes palpitations. How many years left for me. 🥺 Can I get some friends here wanna to talk to someone. I feel alone always.
