Buying a New House

Buying a New House

I found this deck, The Tarot of White Cats after my all white cat passed. It really fell right the first time I picked it up. So every time I ask a question of this Tarot deck, I feel like I'm asking my dead cat this question. Luckily he was a very good boy and was very helpful lol

So I asked him about the house I'm going to buy. I've made an offer on one house and I'm not sure the seller is going to do all the work that I would like done before I buy. But I just got an email about buying an entire trailer park for the same price. Passive income sounds awesome but I don't know that it would solve my needing a place to live.

So when I asked my deceased Mickey Momo, this was the spread I got.

I am looking at this and thinking that I need to not jump into things without researching them first. That if I do something impulsive, like buying a trailer park, I will regret it and feel lost and alone in my hardship. But I can combat my impulsiveness by listening to experts (like my realtor).

I need to be patient, it won't take as long as I think it will and just chill!

If I don't listen to him, I might need to rely on kindness of others to bail me out. I'll get overwhelmed but help is available.

I'm new to tarot and I have questions about the various spreads.

Often I see recommended spreads that have a lot of cards used and I get a bit lost and overwhelmed by the sheer amount of information. Usually I just pull 3 cards and I'm getting better at readings. I think that as I get more familiar with the cards, I will use the more complex spreads.

So, my question is: people who read tarot often, if you're reading for yourself which spread do you use?
