Looking for any feedback, suggestions, advice. I have been applying to many mid level Sr. Business Intelligence roles and haven't heard back from any of them. I am not even getting to HR screening stage. My resume is not being looked at. Why?? Help Please !!! I have been constantly applying and I think I have decent experience and credentials however, I have not been getting any interviews or callbacks whatsoever. It looks like my resume is not being looked at. Any feedback guidance is appreciated .
