Client Alert: Emerging Litigation Risks in Financing AI Data Centers Boom

This analysis is a couple months old, but I think it is a really good primer for the risks that the data centers carry. For people that argue that it is an isolated problem, this article shows where the tentacles of these dubious deals stretch. It is also a good sign that at least some professionals are publicly acknowledging this risk and doing some due diligence as a fiduciary on behalf of their clients.

It is nice to have a detailed, well reasoned article explaining the ins-and-out of the entire ecosystem instead of the normal mainstream media "Sam Altman says we're going to have a hundred new data centers in the next year, so AI has arrived. We can''t confirm there's any progress towards that, but take our word it's gonna happen"

I haven't seen this elsewhere here, but feel free to remove if it has already been posted.
