Merge Tactics Improvement Ideas
TLDR:
I want:
- deck builder pre game and highlighted cards in the shop to buy your preferred comb easier without missing a card
- increase card pools from 4 to 6 to balance op 3* cards
- new game modes to play older season card sets or fun modes with more elixir or more 3 and 4* troops

I’ve basically only been playing merge tactics since 3-4 seasons and collected some ideas I’d like to spread.
Great changes so far:
- Battles with friends (not that I’ve ever used it)
- battle log in the next update
- damage chart ingame
My ideas for future updates:
In the normal CR Battle Mode you have to create decks that you play with. Why can I not just like in other games like merge tactics create a deck of carts I want to play, and they are highlighted in the shop for easier buying. I basically only play 4 undead with wizard, baby dragon and 7th is random. Often I have to buy fast and miss some good shop picks.
Maybe it is an idea to increase the pool of troops available from 4 to 6. This would create a more balanced battlefield. If anyone gets a 3* early the card is locked for everybody else. With a 6 card pool 3 instead of 2 players can have a 2* of the same card. Or if anyone has a 3* the other 2 players can still make their combo happen with a 1* copy and if it’s a 1v1 it’s 3* vs 2*. If it’s an op unit like baby dragon or archer queen, or golden knight.
In addition to this idea it could be an idea to only realease 3 copies in the first 3 rounds and then the rest. This would not allow 3 star units before round 3 and would also balance some combs. Idk if it’s necessary and maybe only release 2 after round 3 but idk. Just an idea.
My last idea would be to introduce new modes. There could be a mode where every card ever made is available. Or you can play the different seasons with different card pools. There could be fun events with different modes like double elixir or increased card pools so everybody has a 4 star. Idk there are millions of options.
