I tell a Republican that I'm a very proud non-voter and they politely blame me for America's problems and send me on my way.
I tell a Democrat that I'm a very proud non-voter and it's a total crash-out / emotional breakdown of how America sucks because of me and the world would be better if I only were to vote for their team.
What gives?
My 10 y.o. Infinity is operating absolutely beautifully. It runs all day (during the summer) at a lower capacity and our electric bills are much lower compared to everyone else I talk to. I have two UV lamps in the handler and Captura polarized media which I replace the filters myself and I have surge protection at the condenser and handler. Trying to help the system last many more years.
I have a service contract with a very big P.E. company here in FL (they were a smaller, indy shop when I started w/ them). They have since been bought-out and turned into a giant money grab operation (AC, plumbing, electrical). The last few times they have come to my house for maint. contract work they merely send over a salesman to sell fear and simply check pressures w/o doing anything else. The "tech" was pretty giddy after realizing that my system is now out of warranty. It's gotten to where I fear their techs will purposely do something to sabatoge my system (create a slow leak in the coils) to generate a new system sale.
Am I just being paranoid or is this a valid fear with these big P.E. operations?
