New Samsung refrigerator with Ice Maker under warranty that needs repaired and I can’t get anywhere over the phone or through chat.
Does anybody have a way to get help through Samsung? I’ve called the number they have listed. I’ve tried to request it online as they suggest. After you enter all the information it says that you have to call. I’ve done the chat. So I have called for two different days. I have chatted for two different days. I’ve tried to do it online four different days . Supposedly somebody was supposed to call me back within two days. It is now been five. I’ve tried going through Home Depot with no help.
If somebody has any suggestions how to get through to them besides the numbers they have listed. I would greatly appreciate any help.
