I've booked a couple of nights at the hotel (Otaru Retreat by Onko Chishin, previously Kuramure Ryokan) in July, but am becoming wary of some negative reviews. The reviews are either very positive or negative, with little in between. Would love to hear from someone who has visited before I decide whether to cancel my booking. Thanks in advance!
