Yearly Review Goals
Every year we have to make new goals for work, and every year I just go blank. Sure, there are things I want to learn, but if they're never necessary for an experiment, I can't really make them a goal. Every year, I feel like I'm just making shit up and hoping for the best.
My real goals are things like:
- Don't snap at my boss.
- Stay on top of lab chores.
- Spend more time with flowjo.
But none of those are really measurable. And the first one definitely won't fly.
I'm curious what has worked for all of you.
