I have already signed a lease its 700 a month with utilties included its a 4 bed 4 bath apt i just need somone to sign on to share a room with me :) If anyone is intrested it would be great! Its a female only room (aprtments rules) They have a lease sign bounus aswell, like a gift card or smth.

Im really able to be freinds with anyone, im a film major with germphobic OCD if anyone is willing to live with me i am so open to sharing and being freindly but im also down to be complelty quiet and reserved if thats what somne wants. I really just need another person for my lease
