Yesterday was my last day to dispute on my chapter 7 bankruptcy, I checked PACER this morning and there it was! The weight that has been lifted off my shoulders that I carried for so long is unexplainable. My only regret is waiting as long as I did. Filed January 2026, 341 in March 2026, discharged May 2026. Thank you to everyone who answered any questions I had along the way, it has been a tremendous help to have a community that understands!

So, to make a long story short, my attorney is not the most responsive and while I understand she is busy it’s very annoying & anxiety inducing when I text to ask her a question(she was texting me to begin with for quick questions & things that weren’t official). I have been stalking PACER because my last day to dispute is the 19th, and while I know PACER isn’t necessarily always updated in real time I was getting anxious that it shows my Debtor Education (the second part) requirement hadn’t been satisfied. I texted her yesterday morning asking if there was anything else she needed from me before the deadline? She read it & didn’t reply, fine-whatever. I get home that same afternoon and there is a notice from the BK court that the deadline was approaching and the requirement for the debtor education hadn’t been satisfied, so i sent her another text with a picture of the document- she left me on read again. A couple hours later I sent her a direct/firm email asking if she had submitted it when I sent her the certificate in march, the day after my 341 & if she hadn’t, please submit it. I sent the email after her office hours so I wasn’t expecting an immediate response. I haven’t heard anything from her yet this morning, so what’s my next move if she doesn’t respond? Call the court?? TYIA😵‍💫
