AGL SSO not worth it if you have solar (even without battery)

I'm with AGL and my current plan is a flat 31c per kwh and $1.62 daily charge, if I switch to SSO it becomes a flexible plan with peak at 48c and offpeak at 34c, plus 3 hours free in the day time under 24kw.

I did the math and even if I charge to a full 24kw (that equals to 110km on a highway, or 150km urban drive) a day, I end up paying between $16-30 more with the SSO plan. And since I have 10kw solar I can manage to charge that 24kw using a 5kw/h slow speed in 5-6 hours.

With energy providers charging extra for SSO rates it really renders SSO useless.
