Are forts useful in Multiplayer
Right now im playing multiplayer against my friends, and one of them is running zero forts except the capital but has strong allies and is totally wiping the floor economically, should i get rid of mine
(playing as bavaria allied to a strong france with weak neighbors except the austrians)
