No consideration

I hate getting home from night shift and mfs are not considerate of the fact you need to sleep in, the tv loud as can be, vacuuming, being loud man oh man this is the only downside like stfu, now ima make sure I’m loud before I leave out. shit makes me so angry then to add that waking me up out of my sleep, crash out is evident sooner or later

Really struggling with sleep

I work overnight and stay up the whole night. Get home and try to sleep by 8 or 9 am then on my days off I can barely sleep at night so I wind up not having energy on my days off. Any advice? Do you guys take vitamins or anything to help give you a boost or help sleep?

Anger from taking vitamin d3 k2

I noticed taking 2,000 iu of d3 k2 I gain more energy and other good things but my mood gets noticeable worse like I get angry for no reason. I stopped for a couple days and my mood noticeably got better. Any reason why it could be that way I for sure know I’m deficient, I may just have to try to get out more.

Tired lol 🥱

I am actually getting tired of night shift, my days consist of sleep and only sleep. I am always tired now smh. it is now altering my days off. I typically go to sleep maybe in 2 hours once I get home and then still have to take another nap before going in. Night shift you have successfully switched my circadian rhythm. Thank you 😂 I am going to back to day time I can’t do it anymore lmao night shift is not it anymore especially since the weather is peaking. I legit barely see the sun I can’t live like this 😂

Liquid vitamin d3 k2

I’ve been taking liquid d3 k2, 2 drops which is 2,000 iu and it comes with a small amount of k2, just curious does anyone deal with an huge increase in libido it is it just me? it is as if I crave intercourse every damn hour it seems like 😂, just wondering if anyone else experienced the same once starting to take vitamin d3 and k2, mind you I don’t take magnesium either so I’m amazed

Anyone take their multivitamins before bed?

I was told when I went to a practitioner they said typically some people take their multivitamins before bed because it’s an influx of vitamins and it’s a lot for the body to handle sometimes so it’s better in certain cases to take them at night. just curious does anyone do this as well?

Vitamin d3 k2 makes me feel lazy. Any reason why?

So I started taking 2,000 iu of vitamin d3 k2 in the form of drops in the morning because my vitamin d is low around a 43 and I notice my anxiety goes away for sure but it’s like I become so relaxed to the point I don’t have the motivation to do much other than the usual stuff. Does anyone else experience this? or is it just my body balancing out. And before you say take magnesium I’ve tried many options and it makes me feel worse. It’s such a low dose I can get magnesium from my diet instead because the magnesium pills don’t work for me personally

night shifts manageable

Am I the only one that working nights really doesn’t affect my circadian rhythm. After a few days off I can go back to waking up early and going to sleep at a decent time then rinse and repeat? it’s like my body naturally knows when to reset if I have a couple days off. it seems to not afffect me like most
