I agreed on meeting up with a guy who messaged me here on reddit, supposed to be a hang out, pipick-upin sa airport (we were chatting since nasa Cebu pa ako) - i have a driver and thought maybe you could be wholesome so I agreed, then drive around the city. There was never a mention of hook up but this guy brough it up and ofc i straight up DECLINED, he went silent and on the way home he asked me to pay him GAS cos I won't sleep with him and it was a waste daw. You're probably gonna read this and despite hiding your name, I figured it out myself and ofc your plate number. Is this common here?

Are these installmant plans legit? I've seen many offers from NCR but from where I live, there is none.
