Planning to visit Brazil for the first time from Canada to celebrate my 26th Birthday for the Carnival in February 2027. I'm having a hard time finding tickets to buy for the The Sambadrome Parades. Any pointers? Thanks!

I have about 65k across TFSA, FSHA, and RRSP. I have 20K liquid for school(might pursue master’s/emergency fund) should I invest half of it?
