What is your go-to Latin American grocery store in the city of Waterloo?

I am aware of the options in Kitchener. Are there any options in Waterloo? I am tired of paying the gringo price and having the gringo choices at Zehrs, Sobeys, Basics etc.

Per the app, this is not available to be shipped to my store, however there is finally stock in GTA. One store in Toronto has over 1200 bottles of this impossible to find liquor (in Ontario).

Anyone at the LCBO have some insight into why this is? I feel like normally I can order any product that exists somewhere. Is the app wrong?
