Hello I'm hoping someone can help me with this. I've applied to a position back in September. I got an encrypted email requesting me to fill out other forms, but I notice the email was sent from ManDORecruitment and not OSEA? All of the people listed on the official site (including their correct email) are in the cc except for ManDOR and 1 other person. The problem is all of the senders end in @nysed.gov

I'm also unable to open any of the documents they sent me to fill out. I guess my question is does anyone know if this ManDOR a legit avenue of communication used by nysed or is this whole mail a scam?
