Currently in kernel but now that Sharesies offers VT I am considering? Is there any fee or tax I am missing that might make this swap foolish?

I am looking for a way to backup my (pretty much fresh) system. I am running fedora workstation, spent a fair amount of time getting it sorted and am running it on an external SSD drive.

I would love to be able to take a full backup of my system and store it in my cloud storage, so that if anything happened to my hard drive I could pull my finished setup straight out of the cloud onto a new one.

Would love some advice on the best way I could go about this.
