Hiking the Harding Icefield Trail in the last week of May, wondering how cold I’ll need to pack. So far I have 2 merino wool base layers and a Patagonia nano puff as an outer layer. For legs I’ve got a pair of long john’s and some rei trailmade pants. Also, will microspikes be fine? Not sure I want to invest in crampons for one hike. Thoughts?
