When I was a child I watched animes on television but I couldn't recall that one specific anime with rounded black silhouette with horizontal neon blue stripes and a single large eye/visormonster it walked through cities and it was 3D animated there are more of this kind but this is the only one I remembered do you guys know what anime this is?
