A new build for the 250th anniversary

For the Independence Day I decided to recreate the Bellagio hotel and its iconic dancing fountains, and in a special display for this occasion over 2000 rockets were launched from the lake to celebrate creativity, celebrate freedom, and celebrate America… in a very minecrafty way. Enjoy the show, credits to DJ-AG on YouTube for the music.

Oh, and all in survival mode too!

Wait I think I found a new use for the sulfur geyser update

Enjoy the music everyone!

Did this as soon as the update was released, always planned to replicate the Bellagio fountains and I haven’t stopped building since June 20th, when this was all just a sketch on some notebook. As a little 4th of July present I plan to show you all more of this project tomorrow, for now, enjoy the show!

Built a Cathedral Above the Skyline of My Minecraft City

Hilltop cathedral inspired by Las Lajas Sanctuary, built for my survival city of Thalwick.

The goal was to create a landmark that could be recognized from anywhere in the city while keeping the architecture consistent with the surrounding Dutch-inspired skyline. The project includes a full-scale interior, custom lighting, and a cherry blossom sanctuary surrounding the structure.

Would love to hear your thoughts!

A Hilltop Cathedral Overlooking My Survival City

The first temple of Thalwick.

Built high above the city on a cherry blossom-covered hill, this cathedral was designed to dominate the skyline without overwhelming it. By day it overlooks the rooftops and harbor; by night it becomes a beacon visible from almost anywhere in the city.

Probably my most ambitious religious build so far.

Built a Cathedral Above the Skyline of My Minecraft City

Built my first religious landmark in Thalwick: a hilltop cathedral inspired by Las Lajas Sanctuary.

Perched above the city and surrounded by cherry blossoms, it was designed to stand apart from the urban skyline while still feeling connected to it. The interior ended up being one of my favorite spaces I’ve built so far.

Swipe for exterior, skyline, and interior shots. Feedback is always welcome!
