Business expenses (TOS question)

I wasn’t able to reach support, so I’m hoping someone here can clarify this.
I’m a web-dev working with a few clients on an hourly basis.
I’m considering adding hosting management as a service soon. The idea is that instead of clients purchasing hosting directly, I would handle everything on their behalf, including setup and ongoing management. I would pay the hosting provider myself upfront, then charge the client a single monthly fee that is obviously a lot higher than the actual hosting cost to cover both the hosting itself and my management work, support, and convenience.
Before I move forward, I wanted to check if this setup is allowed on Upwork/their TOS.
If yes, is there any support for automating recurring “business expense” type payments like this within Upwork? Ideally, instead of manually requesting a monthly payment from the client, there could be a way to define recurring terms upfront as part of the contract.
