Dream where I am just a presence
Does anybody else ever dream where you are just a presence? You don't have a body, nor feeling but you can see and hear everything happening in the dream.
It's literally like watching a movie and being fully engrossed in it. Sometimes emotions "come back" at the end, depending on the contents of the dream.
It happened to me at least 3 times and I've asked people around me if they had similar dreams but it seems no one around me has.
