I used the kfc app (which malfunctioned last time for some reason) .. they didn’t serve one of my pick up orders before .. last year.. when i used the app .. This is the second time they did this.. This time I opted for delivery, the delivery agent took the otp and didn’t deliver the order.. the local kfc store clerk said its unfortunate as I shared the otp nothing can be done.. is this fr??? Last time they said the same thing??? Kfc India?? !! Can anyone help?
