I heard that they increase the fees for each phase. I wrote phase 3 and got a rank of 243 and I'm hoping for Biotech at ktr. So do they actually increase the fee? Also do I have a chance of getting in??

The instructions in the portal didn't say anything about spot counselling. The dates for round 5 and its sliding were only announced. Does that mean there won't be a spot counselling or will that be announced later??
