Should I brace between joists to prevent twisting?

Already done most of the work, still need railings on the stairs, skirting etc. if braces are needed I can still do from underneath.

After looking at this sub I notice it’s something I didn’t do that I see a lot of. And if I do, are deck screws through the ends enough or do I need Simpson structural screws and brackets?
