LPN looking for PRN work in SNFs/LTC – recommendations? Places to stay away from?

Posting from a throwaway so my coworkers don’t find my Reddit account lol

I’m an LPN with a full-time job at a SNF. 3+ years as an LPN, and more experience prior to that in healthcare. There’s not really chances to pick up overtime at my current job so I’m hoping to find another SNF/LTC (or somewhere!!) to work PRN.

I’m not from Vegas so I don’t know much about the reputations of facilities here. I looked on Glassdoor/Indeed but back home there were some facilities I wouldn’t touch with a ten foot pole, and I’m trying to avoid inadvertently ending up at a nightmare of a facility here and wasting my time if possible 😅

I know every facility has it’s ups and downs, and sometimes your experience is what you make of it, but does anyone have any experience or insight to offer with SNFs in the area? Facilities you’d recommend, facilities with bad reputations you would avoid, any leads on places needing PRN help?

Thank you in advance :)
