So my parcel tracking says “Ready to be collected”, but for 3 days both the pickup code and barcode fail and the locker says “Paketti ei ole täällä, ota yhteyttä asiakaspalveluun.” ughh

I am 100% at the correct locker location and correct locker color, so I know I’m using the right machine.

The tracking also shows “We have collected the consignment from the Parcel Pick-up Point,” but the app still says the parcel is ready for pickup and there have been no updates after that.

I’ve tried contacting Matkahuolto support multiple times but I cannot get ahold of anyone at all!

The last pickup day is soon and I’m worried the parcel will be returned even though the locker has never worked.

Has anyone had this happen before??
