I recently stopped taking evoral combo patch, the synthetic progesterone didn’t agree with me. My GP prescribed me, 1 x spray of lenzetto each morning and 100mg of utrogestin each night. So far so good. My energy is back, stress and anxiety gone and sleeping great. The last couple of days I’ve noticed, the heaviness and tiredness coming back. Has anyone increased their estrogen dosage to combat the symptoms. I was thinking of doing 2 sprays instead of 1.
