Not sure if its Vasovagal related?

For the last month I've been dealing with lightheadedness and random vertigo. I have vestibular migraines as a background info on me.

Today while sitting in bed and playing a game, I suddenly felt weird. My heart felt like it dropped, then started racing, forcing an unintentional gasp and then my vision started going black. It was over in seconds and now my heart is elevated but somewhat back to normal and my head just feels lightheaded. It was very scary though. Any ideas if its Vasovagal related?

My hida scan came back at 57 percent, I also have sludge, should I push further?

I have Methane sibo too, but I dont think thats whats been causing my symptoms. I have sludge that appears in ct scans and has for at least 2 year. I had the scan on Friday, and every day since ive either been insanely bloated, or had extremem nausea. I've also had bad acid reflux every day since. Its like it activated a horrible flare up.

Does this sound like i need to push further on more investigations with the gallbladder, or is 57 truly normal?

One other thing to note is they found a fatty 1cm tumor on my kidney, but they dont want to pursue that further.

I have to have a brain mri done, but am claustrophobic, any techs in Knoxville that can recommend the least scary place to have it done?

Basically what the title says. Ive had it done in the past at Summit, it was 7 minutes in the machine but I had a panic attack right before the end.

I need it again to check new migraine symptoms but this time its at a new place, where they said I'd be in for 45 minutes (?!). Im panicked. The thing that activates the claustrophobic reaction is having my head held in place by the horrible cage, and also being inches from the top of the machine.

Does anyone know of any friendlier places in Knoxville?

I have chronic utis, for my current one im taking doxycycline, can someone suggest a probiotic to take too?

I have Methane sibo and chronic UTIs (among other health issues). Im on day 2 of the antibiotics and the bloating is horrible. The pharmacist says s. Boulardi, but last time I tried that one it destroyed my stomach and gave me days of diarrhea. My sibo issue is constipation so you wouldnt think id have issues but I did.

Is there another one I should take, or just skip the probiotics for now?
