What if Superhero have been around since 1936 would they need to have a license?
So for my superhero world I have it to were superhero have been around since 1936 the first one being Night Warden I aka Robert Charlton (the stand in for the hero like Batman Shadow and The Phantom) first superhero being Paragon aka James Isley being a human look alien know as a Tracrius (he the Superman stand in) I have events and big battle already listed out for the timeline I just wonder if hero would need to have a license? It not like Mha if that what you thinking only my world Japan and likes a mix of MHA and OPM but do you guy think at most hero and vigilantes would need to at most have a card on them that show how they know that there doing and not some kind of newbie?
