Is Claire Health real?
Claire Health claims theyll have a device that'll interpolate women's hormones and cycles non invasive. How would this work?

I've been an ASCP MLS for ten years. Past five as a chem supervisor. Increasingly, all the hires are not certified, just plain science or ecology grads. Im increasingly teaching, not just training.
The hospital is not raising wages since we have 50+ applicants (though not one is certified).
It makes me very concerned for the quality of results were putting out and the future of this field. I cannot think of a single other medical field where no license or certification whatsoever is required. And it's only getting worse. 🙃
I've been a medical laboratory scientist for a decade (chemistry supervisor for the past 5) and am looking to branch out. There is no national license and my state is unlicensed, so administration is increasingly using uncertified (in my opinion unqualified) people with random degrees and asking me to provide on the job training.🙄
The medical laboratory field pays very poorly and I'm wondering if CQE would help open doors (and if so which ones specifically)?
If I've read the the requirements correctly, my time as a clinical laboratory supervisor would meet the quality requirements?
