Hi everyone, I’m having some issues with my elbow right now and wondered if there are any support braces people recommend. Basically every now and then my elbow decides it’s done with being functional, I get a sharp ache in it and it pretty much goes limp. Even resting it hurts and it’s just really inconvenient as its my right one, I’m right handed and my left hand is pretty useless 😂 I’ve tried vet/sport wrap but it only really helps if it’s so tight I can’t feel my hand.

(To clarify, not asking for medical advice, I’ve been to the dr and I’ve got an appointment with a physio soon, I’m just wondering if a support might help while I wait) thanks!
