How does the Otherverse resolve liar paradoxes?
Probably the most infamous example of a liar paradox is
What if Pinocchio (whose nose grows whenever he says a lie) said
"My nose will now grow."
If that statement is a lie, then his nose should grow, but of his nose grows, his statement was true and therefore his nose won't grow.
There are other examples of liar paradoxes.
So if Others and Practitioners are bound to be gain said/forsworn even just for saying statements that happen to not be/become true then how would the spirits resolve such paradoxes?
I'm wondering if there are ways to game the system. People exploit computer logic all the time by taking advantage of paradoxes that naturally result from mechanisms.
And Practice in the Otherverse is basically just an omnipresent Turing complete computer.
So could someone hypothetically build a Practice that's fundamentally incapable of being challenged by gain saying/forswearing?
