I started smoking to help with my anxiety as I’ve always had issues with anxiety and nausea, where I they both cause each other. I started when I was young and never worried about becoming addicted, but years later I’ve found myself unable to eat without smoking beforehand. After a bite or two, no matter what the food or seemingly no matter how hungry I know I have to be, my body wants to throw up the food. I’m at a point in my life where I want to get this under control, but I’m really struggling because I don’t want to completely stop smoking, because it is so beneficial for my anxiety and mental health. However I want to be able to travel and I can’t leave the damn country with weed obviously and I need to be able to be without it on vacation.
My question here is, is this common issue? How has anyone else remedied it, or does anyone have any experience or strategies for it? Thanks.
