Hey all I’ve been having severe fatigue, tingling fingertips, cold feet, shortness of breathe symptoms for a while. The challenging part is I also have severe generalized anxiety. So this makes taking any sort of physical symptoms with a grain of salt. That being said I got my blood work back and I have:

iron 96
ferritin 99
hemoglobin 14

These all seem to be in acceptable ranges to the point where my doctor isn’t concerned about possible anemia. The only concern he has was my ALT from hepatic panel was elevated at 64 (should be around 40) Anyone have an experience in this regard, been feeling similar?
