DOJ July 28 - Pre-Joining Formalities stuck on "InProgress", Submit button grayed out and only one task is available.

Hi everyone,

My BGV is complete, and my DOJ is July 28. However, I am facing a major glitch on the Pre-Joining Formalities portal.

Only one task is showing up (Global Associate Privacy Notice). I opened and signed it on June 24th (the orange banner confirms this), but the "Submit" button is completely grayed out. Because of this, it is stuck on "InProgress," and my remaining 16+ forms will not unlock.

I have already tried: Clearing cache/cookies. Using a different browser. Raised a support ticket (still waiting for a reply). Has anyone else faced this exact sync issue where the submit button won't work after signing? Thanks!
