Portable scaffold or scissor lift?

I’m cleaning the ceilings of a restaurant that doesn’t have a lot of space maybe about 1.5m in width. The ceilings are 3.6m high and require cleaning by hand so a long microfibre mop won’t suffice. Need thoughts on if it would be best/easiest to use a scissor lift or a portable scaffold?

Also thought about a platform ladder but need something I can stand comfortably on with stability. I’m about 190cm tall.

Follow up too direct?

I run a commercial cleaning business and all of my leads are sourced from google ads. Every quote I’ve provided to businesses have been after on site inspections. My problem is conducting follow ups. Previously I was doing the “just following up” phone calls and emails but that hasn’t really worked. I’m thinking of trying a more direct approach eg.

Hi …

Hope all is well. I understand you were looking to provide feedback on the quote last week. As I haven’t heard from you, has the quote been rejected?

Sign off..

Is this too direct? I’ve read about trying to provide additional value etc during follow ups but unsure. Need thoughts.

Following up on quotes

I’m offering trade services to commercial businesses. Before offering the quotes, I’ve conducted on site inspections and discussed the work before submitting my quote the next day. When speaking to them, some have made it clear that they are requesting other quotes also which is expected.

How do I follow up on the quotes without coming off as being too pushy? So far my approach has been a short phone call with an informal greeting and asking if they had gotten to read the quote and any thoughts if they did and for the most part I get a response that they’re still considering all quotes. Not sure how to proceed from there.
