For those looking to keep the MN168 portals but want smaller wheels 1.3mm or so, I found a hex that fits: the LOSI 1/16 Mini B and 1/18 Mini T buggy uses 7 mm hexes with 4 mm center hole which match the dimensions of the stock portal.

Pictured: 1.3 mm aluminum wheels drilled for 4 mm center hole, attached using above mentioned hex on MN168 portals. MN78 body on MN168 chassis.
