Question for owners/GMs

Please remove if not allowed. Didn't see a rule that pertained to my question.

Restaurant owners and General Managers - What way would you most prefer to be contacted with a sales pitch/opportunity or which would you recommend? Cold calling the restaurant and asking to speak to the GM or owner is rarely successful.

I work with a company that does audits on privately owned restaurants and I'm trying to determine the best way to reach out to actually connect.

I would appreciate ANY input!! Thx
