I’m considering buying a floating house to dock in DC. Does anybody here live in one? What’s the cheapest marina for docking? Or are than any other ways to anchor while also still having access to power, water and sewage?

I live in SW DC. I prefer to wash my own car. I have a parking garage but it’s not well lit and I don’t have water hookups. I do have a pressure washer that I can drop a line into a bucket of water to feed but it’s all a massive hassle. Need a place with good lighting and a water connection. I have exhausted all options as far as using coin operated self service car washes. In the Midwest they have warehouses where you can pull in and wash your car, does this exist here? Willing to pay any random person to use their driveway to wash my car then pull into their garage to detail.
